Ordering Cloth

If recommending cloth replacement, make sure to give as much information as possible, leaving no question as to what cloth is needed and why.
 

What is the current cloth Length?  
It is MANDATORY that you put cloth length of current cloth. We recommend cloth be replaced when it gets less than 13 inches (From shaft to ends).  Possibly the cloth is longer, but needs replacing because it has become brittle or damaged.  Indicated this. Justify your quote.

What machine is this? 

Rollover?  Flex Wrap?  Rocker Brush?  Polisher?  You are there and can easily identify this information without making anyone else look it up.

Where? 

We quote cloth by hubs so make sure to say which hubs you are saying need cloth.  Driver front lower hub? If it is "all cloth" does that include mitters?

If we are requesting mitters then what size? 

Rollovers with retracts, rollovers without retracts, flex wrap machines, machines that are taller...all have different mitter lengths, and there should be no question as to what type of mitter is needed.  Give the extra information to avoid phone calls and research.

Who are we sending this to?
There should be no question as to whom this emailed quote is going.   Clearly spell out first and last name and email address.  There is no way to send out a quote if we don't have an address to accompany it.

Does this include foam?

Current production Model "C" Rollover cloth comes with Foam inserts by default on the front lower hubs.  Some washes may not want this, or have this.  Some washes may have it in the rear hubs as well.  You need to indicate if foam is not needed in the front, or if it is needed in the back.
